By accessing or using Source Buddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Use of Service
Source Buddy is provided for legitimate business procurement activities. You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to access data belonging to other organizations.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription & Payment
Paid plans are billed as agreed at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
Source Buddy and its underlying software remain the property of IDAMTAT Technologies. Customer data remains the property of the customer.
6. Limitation of Liability
Source Buddy is provided “as is.” IDAMTAT Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
